You can park for up to 2 hours for just $4.00 in the 12th & Filbert street garage.

Here’s How:

• Park ANYWHERE in the 12th & Filbert garage and receive the parking discount.
• There are four entrances to the garage: off of 12th Street at Cuthbert (a small alley street); in the middle of the 1300 blocks of Filbert and Arch Streets, and on 13th Street just north of Filbert Street.
• Bring your parking ticket to the Market with you.
• Any Market merchant will validate your ticket with your purchase of $10 or more.
• Upon returning to the garage lobby, you will place the parking ticket into the pay station and your parking rate will be reduced to a flat rate of $4 for up to two hours.

• After two hours, regular garage rates will apply. PLEASE NOTE THE 2 HOUR TIME LIMIT.
