Harvest Festival
Harvest Festival
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HARVEST FESTIVAL HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO Saturday, October 24th, 2009
10am to 4pm
Fall is here, and that means it?s harvest time! Come and bring the entire family to celebrate the foods of the Pennsylvania harvest at the Market?s annual Harvest Festival. Filbert Street (aka Harry Ochs Way) will be closed to vehicle traffic and transformed into an urban farm with hay bales and corn stalks. Kids and adults alike will have the chance to climb on an authentic farm tractor for a hay ride around the Market, take a walk through a pumpkin patch, and enjoy hot apple cider, locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables, cheeses, and more.
