They are made in small, hand crafted batches but deliver big time flavors! From a Belgian style created via a combination of malts, hops, and a specialty blend of Belgian Yeast to a Dunkelweizen made using special dark malts and a unique Weisse Yeast, these micro brews taste as though made to be shared with Valley Shepherd’s raw milk, cave aged creations.
