Receive a great introduction to the Italian language and La Cucina Italiana in a relaxed and fun-filled setting while having the opportunity to learn to cook several Italian regional specialties. You will learn how to prepare fresh pastas, some delicious entrees and more. Come practice your Italian as we prepare and enjoy specialties from antipasti to dolci. Buon Appetito!
This class is held at La Cucina in the Market, a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen facility in the Reading Terminal Market.

La Cucina is proud to continue the tradition of cooking and entertaining classes at Reading Terminal Market. When taking a class, you’ll not only get to observe and sample some fine dishes, but you’ll also find great merchants from whom to purchase your ingredients year ‘round.
